You will reduce stress, be more progressive, and finish all the tasks quicker.

This really works when you are overwhelmed and feel stress about everything you have to do in one day.

Every day before I start with work, I write down all obligations I have for that day, and based on that I make a plan for myself how to finish it without feeling overwhelmed.
